Chris Parker is a Vice President at Colliers, based in the Santa Barbara region. As an integral part of industry-leading professionals specializing across product types, Chris focuses on leasing, development, and investment sales. Throughout his career, Chris has completed over $1 billion in total transaction value, leading the sale of the high-profile Hotel Californian/Entrada de Santa Barbara project, which changed the landscape of Lower State Street and added further definition to the Funk Zone.

Other transactions of note include the 30-unit mixed-use project Casa Anatega; 101 Garden St., which is a 4.5-acre parcel in the Funk Zone; the REI multi-tenant complex located at 318 State St.; the recently renovated El Prado Hotel; and the Sevilla condo project located at 401 Chapala St—all transactions with Radius Commercial Real Estate.

Chris is known for his analytical approach to strategic value creation and roots within the local community. As a fourth-generation Santa Barbara native, Chris is Vice President of the Hutton Parker Foundation, performing financial feasibility studies and providing real estate expertise for his local community.

Before commercial real estate, Chris served as a project superintendent for a prominent local construction company, Young Construction, where he acquired a vast understanding of building, construction, and development, allowing him to approach this industry with a unique mindset and find creative ways to see value in deals for clients.
