As a Senior Vice President in Colliers' West LA office, Jason oversees Debt & Structured Finance for the Southwest Investment Properties Team, leveraging over a decade of commercial real estate experience to assist owners and developers in raising debt and equity for their projects. His clientele spans a diverse spectrum, including large institutions, private equity firms, family offices, and private developers, with his team demonstrating proficiency across all asset types and executing transactions nationwide.

Jason specializes in structuring capital stacks utilizing alternative financing sources, including CPACE loans, Ground-Lease Capitalization Structures, Sale-Leaseback Financings, and Historic Tax Credits. He also collaborates closely with Colliers' Buyer Services Team, guiding investors in identifying, underwriting, and financing new investments across the country. His expertise extends to 1031 exchange assignments, where he has served both as a mortgage banker and consultant.

Before joining Colliers in 2022, Jason held senior mortgage banking positions at Newmark and Pacific Southwest Realty Services.
